▍About Wheel Dressing System
FEPO has developed a high-precision wheel dressing system designed for CNC surface and cylindrical grinding machines, meeting the demands of advanced grinding processes for wheel flatness and profile accuracy.
The system integrates a precision-grade ball screw paired with a stepper motor (optional servo system available), achieving a feed resolution of 1 μm and maintaining dressing accuracy within 2 μm in both Y-axis and Z-axis directions.
The drive mechanism is positioned at the mechanical center of force to ensure smooth and stable movement, effectively suppressing stick-slip effects and ensuring precise feed control.
The overall structure features high rigidity and low-torque drive characteristics, making it ideal for continuous operation and high-accuracy dressing applications.
